Do you service and repair vans and trucks?
Yes – we have full van and truck workshops, with ramps, pits and diagnostic facilities.
If you service my vehicle can you MOT it as well?
Yes - We have HGV & PSV ATF lanes on site alongside our Class IV, V & VII MOT facilities
Can you repair or regas my air conditioning?
We have the latest air conditioning equipment.
Do I have to be a member to use your recovery and roadside support services?
No – we are happy to support anyone that needs help so you can pay on use, however having an account allows you to access some better deals.
Is it difficult to set up an account?
No – there is a short application form to complete and return to our accounts team who will carry out the relevant checks and respond within 48hrs.
When are your workshops open?
The workshops are open 06:00hr to 22:00hrs Mon-Fri & Saturday mornings.
When can I drop off and collect my vehicle?
The site is manned 24/7 so you can collect and deliver at any time, but if its outside of the workshop hours please let us know you are coming.
What happened if I break down at 01:00hrs on a Sunday morning?
Our recovery and roadside support division operates 24hrs a day, every day of the year, so just call control centre whenever you need support and we get support on the way.
Can you arrange for my Tail Lift to be serviced and tested whilst you have my truck for MOT?
Yes – we have LOLER trained technicians and can complete your tail lift service and LOLER whilst we have you van or truck.
My tachograph is not working properly, can you repair it?
Our workshops include a full tacho centre that carries out calibrations, repairs and installations to analogue, Digital, 1C and 1B.
Do I need to provide my own parts?
No – we have a parts department with access to all manufacturers and factors to ensure we can supply all the parts needed to minimise downtime.
Can I trust you?
Yes – we have been trading for over 65 years with an ethos of get it right first time and be honest if something goes wrong.

We have used Boleyn now for over 10 years as our trusted National recovery and support agent. Fortunately, while our calls to the team are few and far between, the service we receive when we contact is always brilliant. The team in the control room 24h are always very helpful and friendly.
