Being the son of the Founder of Boleyn (Bill) means Steve has a lifetime of history in the business and is keen to ensure his dad’s legacy lives on. Steve’s passion for recovery has seen him be the President of AVRO (Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators) for a number of years, and just like the recovery operation, Steve prides himself on always being available to help.

A proven motor industry professional with 40 years experience gained with local authorities, government agencies and private businesses. Starting as a mechanic he worked his way through various roles including Engineering Manager, Contract Manager, Head of Client Accounts to his current position meaning he understands the industry from the bottom up.

Since joining Boleyn as the Operations Manager he has progressed to his current position and where he works to support customers and lead the business forward with an aim to deliver the right services, right first time at the right price.

Darren is an industry experienced individual who brings many skills with him to compliment and develop our operation.

Jeff started his career as a technician in the military before working his way through the ranks and moving into management and the running of workshops. He is an International CPC holder and a qualified Fleet Manager with a proven history in the industry. He is NEBOSH qualified and well versed in all matters of health and safety and compliance. His broad experience allows him to manage our HR Department, and support some other critical internal functions as well.

With a thorough knowledge of legislation in the transport industry Jeff is at the heart of setting out our policies and procedures, making sure we remain compliant and ensuring the service we provide meets our customer’s needs. Jeff’s experience, training and knowledge make him a solid member of the senior management team in his position of Health and Safety Manager, looking after Boleyn’s Compliance and other background activities.

Paul started his career as a technician and spent many years at Iveco managing warranty and the workshop operation. Paul has proven himself a reliable and professional individual who is already ready to go the extra mile to support a customer.

Asim, who leads Boleyn Recovery’s fleet workshop, is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who consistently achieves a 100% HGV MOT pass rate. His expertise in vehicle maintenance and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for excellence. With a strong focus on efficiency and safety, Asim leads his team to maintain the highest standards in fleet management. He is also known for his problem-solving abilities, ensuring that all vehicles are road-ready, reliable, and fully compliant with industry regulations. Asim’s commitment to quality and his leadership in the workshop make him an invaluable asset to Boleyn Recovery.

Scot Kemp, our parts manager, has main dealership experience, and uses his vast knowledge and experience to get the best deal on parts prices for clients.

The team have a vast number of years experience between them in the recovery industry and include ex-roadside recovery staff. This ensures we despatch the right support first time to ensure you are in safe hands when making a call for assistance.
